Our Story
At Duplonix Electrical we’re proud to present our expertise in various Industrial and Domestic applications.
Established in 2016 by Sarel du Plessis (B.Tech Electrical Engineering) with a wealth of experience, Duplonix Electrical supplies a full turnkey service, from electrical design to the manufacturing, installation, and commissioning of motor control centres, as well as automation and process control solutions. In addition, we offer design and installation of backup systems to keep the lights on at home and in business.
Duplonix Electrical is set apart by the hands-on involvement of our Director, and the qualified and talented team at Duplonix Electrical has a multitude of experience in all aspects of delivering an outstanding service to our clients.
Duplonix Electrical specializes in low voltage design and development in instrumentation, panel building, and maintenance.
We have been manufacturing modular intelligent motor control centres (MCC) since 2005 and also offer power factor correction, switchboards and distribution boards.

Duplonix Electrical Director
My driving force for Duplonix Electrical is our dedication to quality. It is important to stand out amongst the rest being a small-medium enterprise (SME). I have specialised in Low Voltage (LV) design, automation, control and Instrumentation (C&I), panel building, manufacturing and maintenance.
I obtained a BTech Degree in Electrical Engineering, from the Tshwane University of Technology. I further qualified as an Installation Contractor and am currently registered at the Department of Labour, authorised to generate and sign-off Certificate of Compliance (CoC) certificates. I maintained my continuous professional development (CPD) by completing various training courses for variable speed drives (VSDs), Flow Meters installation and commissioning, Actuator training and various Schneider Electric courses.
I have more than 17 years of experience in the Electrical field in the following industries:

Bulk water (Tshwane and Rand Water)
Hospital and Healthcare
